We had an unexpected issue come up with our car. Rodger at the desk was very kind/helpful and was able to get us in right away. Ricky, the owner, took a test drive with us to identify the issue, and they began work right away. The team worked quickly on our car, and communicated with us throughout the process. Ricky gave us honest and expert advice when it came to the age of our vehicle with mechanical work required. This is the only place in Orlando we trust to work on our cars and be honest about what’s really going on. We could not recommend The Wrench Connection more! Went to wrench and asked about computer problems on vehicle and he told me for the Chevrolet Traverse I had to go to Chevrolet dealership because of the programming. I took it there and ran a diagnostic at Chevrolet and got a quote when they said it's not the computer I went back to wrench and his shop saved me about 500 and was done all in a day compared to starling. Will do business again with them thank you all

Wrench Connection - Excellent in service, price and a very very clean.shop . The folks at wrench connection are excellent.,believe me I'm very particular of where I take my vehicles for service or repairs... Rick the owner is a fantastic person ,he was very kind ,knowledgeable, and been in the business a very very long time, so he knows what he is talking about. I have to mention the extreme cleanliness of this shop ,I don't think I ever seen a mechanic shop so organized and neat like this place..even the door handle is super clean.. And by the way ,the did an excellent job on my vehicle in a timely manner and at a reasonable price... Thanks again to Rick and his crew ... Wrench Connection is my repair/ service shop from now on ...

Brought my Audi in for a break inspection. My dealership was insisting that I needed new brake pads which at only 18,000 miles seemed unlikely. Rick looked at brakes and confirmed that they were just fine. I've brought my daughter's car here and they replaced her engine in a timely manner. They are honest, friendly and fair and I would trust my cars with them.

My girlfriend has been taking her +20 year old car to the Wrench Connection for years and she has sworn by them and trusts them implicitly. I took my own abused vehicle in after it sat for a year expecting a litany of issues. The guys at the Wrench Connection were in my opinion thorough, honest, and no BS. I wasn’t upsold on anything, and the issues that I did have with my vehicle they let me know fixes weren’t 100% necessary in the short term, explained the nature of the problems and they could work on it if I ever wanted the work done - so they weren’t pushy in the slightest. It was friendly and matter of fact which I appreciated. The next time I have an issue with my car it will go right back to the Wrench Connection.

My steering mechanism started making a clicking noise when the wheel was turned. What's more, the horn randomly sounded. Rick ordered a replacement steering column to be sure that all necessary parts were on hand for the repair. I was expecting a bill of close to $700, which i would have been happy to pay, given the age of the vehicle. Rick's mechanic found that a piece of plastic had broken loose inside the steering wheel and was causing the clicking noise and random horn. It was determined that the part was not needed so it was removed. No other work was needed. Rick said he would send back the steering column he had ordered. My bill was for one hour of labor. I cannot express how pleased I am. Mark M.

As a woman I used to fear to go alone to a car mechanic just because in the past I had always felt extra charged and my car ended up with more issues than what I had noticed. Since day 1 with my car inspection, I wasn't charged because my car did not have any issues. I was impressed. Their respect and transparency makes me want to recommend them to everyone!
